Here are just a few of the adhesive and dispensing applications in which we specialize and can adapt to your process needs.

Bead, Controlled Bead and Stitch Bead Application

Thanks to a control technique, the bead application can ensure that precisely the required amount of material is dispensed when it is needed. The result is perfect bond quality and high material efficiency. In certain applications, a stitched bead may be applied to further increase material savings. If adhesive bonding and spot welding are combined, gaps in the stitch bead help minimize the emission of fumes.

        Swirl Application: Air-Swirl or E-Swirl

        The characteristic bead profile is optimized for hem flange bonding, greatly improving process reliability. Swirl is applied in a rotational symmetrical pattern, thus reducing the need to turn the applicator and enabling higher application speeds. Due to the applicator’s larger working distances, the Swirl can better accommodate uneven surfaces areas of a work piece.

              Flatstream Application

              The flatstream application is preferred for sealing and dampening applications, particularly when coating large areas with low pressure and high material flow rates. The even material distribution and exact edges of the application eliminate extensive post treatment.

                    Jet stream application

                    With the jet stream application, it is possible to apply an esthetically challenging seam sealing in the area of visible seams. Thus, it is possible to meet the highest requirements of the customers.

                    Wide-Slot Nozzles

                    The wide-slot application is particularly suitable for the application of insulating compound for vibration damping in the field shell. Here, the big advantage is the possible application width. This part and the lamination strength are the variables which we can exactly adjust.

                          Shape Nozzle Application

                          The triangular bead shape was developed for the effective bonding and sealing of glass windows. It is designed to minimize the force needed to fit the windscreen and to ensure a continuous seal over the whole length.
