Every time you access our website, our system will automatically collect data and information from the computer system making the access.

The following data will be collected:

 The data will also be stored in the log files of our system. This data will not be stored together with other personal data of the user.

The legal basis for such temporary storage of data and log files is Art. 6(1) point (f) of the GDPR.

As a general rule, we collect and use personal data of our users only where this is required to provide a functional website and our contents and services. The personal data of our users will, as a rule, only be collected and used with the prior consent of the user, when you make them available to us through the contact form provided on our website.

Atlas Copco IAS GmbH will store personal data for as long as it is necessary to perform a service that you have requested or for which you have given your consent, except where otherwise provided by law. The data stored when collected will be erased at the end of the statutory retention and limitation periods, or if the purpose is no longer applicable, whichever period is the longer.
